Return Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it to Gala Hair for a full refund within 15 days of the ship date.

Damaged worn, or altered items will not be refunded.

Products that are eligible include:

1. in excellent condition
2. The item has not been damaged or dyed in any way.
3. Items must be received within 15 days after shipment.

Ineligible products include:

1. Already used
2. Damaged or dyed
3. Hair care chemicals that have previously been used on hair extensions
4. It has been over 15 days since the ship date.

Order Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the box is dispatched. Orders cannot be canceled once the shipment has been dispatched because the shipping fees have already been paid.

1. After we receive your return, we will complete your refund within 1-5 business days.
2. You can use your refund to buy or exchange other items in our store.
